Community Investment Fund

Our Community Investment Fund is managed by a panel made up of tenants and board members who decide how the money is spent to make sure that it has the greatest impact on our tenants.

The Community Investment Fund is available to community groups and projects applying for funding over £500 and up to £3,000.

Social Value

As a responsible organisation, it is important for us to do so much more than provide good-quality housing. We call this social value.
