Location – across Blackpool, South Ribble and Preston
Further information:
Environmental Service Technicians based in the Void Property Clear and Clean teams – roles mainly involve clearing and cleaning in void properties for local Housing Associations, local authorities and other domestic/ commercial clients.
Full time hours – 41.5hrs per week Mon – Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-4pm and Part-time hours – minimum of 21hrs (2.5 days). Full-time annual salary - £30,023.16 (pro rata for part-time) - permanent contract will be offered upon completion of a successful probationary period.
Essential for all roles – full clean driving licence, DBS check.
The work will be mainly based around either the Blackpool and Fylde area and/or Preston and South Ribble area, so it is essential that anyone applying has a full clean driver’s licence. The job involves staff working out on site throughout the day for which a works vehicle will be provided. All staff meet in the morning at our office which is based on Waterloo Road in Blackpool or at Lancashire Business Park, Leyland from where they are assigned their jobs, their teams and vehicles for the day, returning to the office at the end of their shift.
Following a probationary period, the successful candidates may be offered training in other areas of the business. For the right candidates, there may also be the opportunity to undertake an apprenticeship or further qualifications within the field.
Suitable candidates will be invited to interview and all positions offered will be subject to proof of eligibility to work, references and driver licence/ DBS checks.
The post includes a minimum 28 days holiday (increasing to 35 days pro-rata) including Bank Holidays, works vehicle whilst as work, company pension scheme, uniform, private health care (optional), bonuses and we are proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and Real Living Wage Employer offering rates of pay above the National Living Wage.

GGI Limited are looking for a Labourer who is interested in learning new skills to help their install teams to deliver works in Lytham St Annes. The ideal candidate will have general construction experience and be experienced working with and around tradespeople, have excellent organisational skills, be comfortable working at height and have experience in the provision of general repair services, cleaning abilities and general labouring to void and occupied properties. A full UK Drivers Licence and an understanding of Health and Safety legislation are preferred. The successful candidate will require a basic DBS check.
